My adventures in Real Estate started in 2004 when I was 24 years old. I could not find a decent place to live     with my 100 pound dog (go figure). Well, I thought, my twin sister is buying a house; if she can do it so can I.  My competitive side came out and I spent the next 3 months in escrow buying this cute little townhouse at the bottom of a ski mountain in my home town, Sandpoint ID. During those three months I came up with the $5,000 down payment by working 7 days a week as a bartender and part time on the ski patrol’s trail crew. I think at that age I thought I would never find a husband to buy a house with, so I decided to do it on my own. What a learning experience! After that, I was hooked! The next year I got my Real Estate license in Idaho and started working full time as an agent. I have since gotten married, moved a lot, flipped homes, invested in more Real Estate, and gotten my Brokers license in ID, WA, and OR.

We have finally settled in the Portland Area, where my first task was to find a house of our own. I am still very enthusiastic about Real Estate of all kinds. I have worked with buyers, sellers, and investors. I have specialized in Bank-owned homes and multi-family properties.  I have the ability to “think outside the box” (I once emailed the CEO of Bank of America, Bryan Moynihan, to get a transaction completed. Guess what? It worked!), and I am dedicated to the transaction and will do what it takes to get the job done.
